Brief

The designer for SJM had already been appointed by the client. As the client was very concerned on quality, Krispace was nominated to project manage and contract the build-out.

Challenge

A high standard of workmanship was required when building at IFC, and almost all work needed to be done at night to avoid inconveniencing the other tenants.

Solution

Krispace focused on project management, keeping the nominated contractor on schedule while keeping abreast with IFC Property Management’s security and safety requirements. Despite never having worked with the contractor before Krispace’s management team was able to deliver a quality interior on schedule.
