Project Methodology

Designing with Passion. Building with Precision.

Despite being a relatively young company, we have built up a dedicated following of clients due to our effective project methodology. This refined process guides our clients through a clear series of phases:

  1. Initial Discussion

The client’s goals are identified, facts are pointed out and an initial project brief is drawn up.

  2. Site Survey

The site is carefully looked over for any potential constraints and/or opportunities at the site.

  3. Space Planning

Based on a detailed survey of the site, potential solutions for space utilization and client’s requirements are proposed.

  4. Design Concept

Working with the client’s tastes and our design team, an appropriate design concept is made and materials for the project are proposed.

  5. Cost Estimation

Using the proposed designs, solutions, and materials, a quotation complete with a breakdown of work and costs are presented to the client.

  6. Confirmation

When the client is pleased with the design, work and budget outline, the quotation is signed.

  7. Mobilization

Internal meetings are held to delegate work responsibilities. Preparations are arranged for the commencement of work.

  8. Construction

Detailed job processes and timelines are finalized, full project construction begins according to the master plans.

  9. Site Supervision

Regular on site meetings are conducted to keep track of work in progress. Problems are identified, discussed and resolved. The client is kept informed of all details during this stage.

  10. Pre-inspection

Designers and the servicing team inspect the site for remaining details that need to be addressed, defects are pointed out and rectified. Finishing touches are to be applied before completion.

  11. Completion

After a full inspection, the site is carefully looked over and ensured to fully meet client expectations.

  12. Handover

The space is returned to the client and the client is briefed on the full operational details of the premises. Any further defects that are found after the handover are addressed in a follow up rectification.

  13. Photography

A professional photographer takes documented records of the project.

  14. Maintenance

As the space gets used, any defects or design issues that were not apparent at the handover may be addressed, depending on contractual agreements.
