Brief

To better communicate and provide caring service to their customers, Motorola was to create a Service Center in the busiest location in the district. The final designs for the project would need to be created according to Motorola’s corporate guidelines and approved by the head office in the US.

Challenge

As Motorola is a global brand, they had strict guidelines to protect their corporate image. The Grade-A commercial building had their own guidelines for office construction, and there were some additional restrictions due to the size and shape of the space. Krispace had to project manage all of these separate elements and work closely with Motorola’s in house brand guardian to get approval for the ultimate design.

Solution

Krispace’s attention to detail and patient account servicing team managed to successfully adapt Motorola’s corporate guidelines to the Hong Kong market and gain approval from the US based head office. The Motorola Service Center  proved that Krispace’s account servicing teams were able to work in partnership with global brands.
